Do not move here!! The units have major water issues! My unit flooded four times. I lost all of my shoes and handbags due to water damage and/or mole. Several people were stuck on the elevators...

Plumbing issues appear well on their way to being corrected. Elevators are being upgraded. Management here is doing a great job and building is close to full.

Very beautiful Condominiums. I absolutely fell in love. The view over the city of Downtown Houston is so breathtaking. The Condos are very spacious. The concierge guys are very friendly as well.
