I have been a chef in the catering and restaurant industry for 10 years. In that time I have worked in London, New York, and Austin. I attended the Natural Gourmet Institute with a focus on learning to cook for health and well being. My intention with The Modern Cupboard is to create meals tailored to your specific tastes and dietary requirements. You can have daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. Enjoy the convenience of freshly prepared, easy to serve foods in the comfort of your own dining space.

Personal Chef and Event Planning Services. I prepare healthy meals in your home and leave them in your refrigerator to reheat at your convenience or freeze them to use for a later date. I can prepare a romantic dinner onsite, cater for a party or overhaul your kitchen to make it a practical and healthful space for you and your family. I am also available for event and party planning.
