Supper Club launch in Austin! The Mims Supper Club is a once-a-month exclusive dining series featuring seasonal and local ingredients in a creative menu that will delight your senses every month. Presented by Executive Chef Patrick Mims, pioneer of the "farm-to-fork" approach to fine dining, our first expansion is the elegant Hotel Indigo on Red River Street in downtown Austin. Four-course curated menu, beverages, tax and gratuity plus valet parking - $120 per person. Weather permitting, we will be dining pool side overlooking the Austin skyline.
