The black lady was super helpful and informative. The young woman who man's the return desk is RUDE!!! Treated me like I was bothering her when I returned a rental. I won't go back if she's there.

False advertising. They should state clearly their overcharging policy upon renting. They overcharge. If you rent anything and bring it back the following morning , They will charge you for 2...
