We offer a bridge between our proud Texas heritage and the great pubs of the U.K. With a menu paying homage to both cultures with delicious choices from our famous Fish and Chips all the way to the Pork Chops, Chicken Fried Steak, Burgers, and Hand-Cut USDA Choice Steaks... oh, and you can't forget our famous Mac & Cheese. We are glad you are here!The Highlander is proudly owned and operated by lifelong friends Vincent, Chef Erik, and his wife Amy. Chef Erik and Amy have a five-year-old daughter, Tukker. You may see her running around hosting or cleaning tables or coloring or spreading out on the floor. This is normalcy! To round out the family, take a look at the host stand and you will see Trinh.
