Seen on Ghost Adventures and Ghost Brothers! The Magnolia Hotel built in 1840 is now open to overnight guests! The hotel was once a Stagecoach stop, saloon, restaurant, 10 room hotel and brothel. The most famous Texas Ranger of all, John “Jack” Coffee Hays married his sweetheart inside the hotel in 1847! After years of painstaking restoration, the second floor is now a Bed and Breakfast. You get the entire 2800 sg ft second floor to yourself and 3 companions. It includes a gorgeous period decorated 5 room suite (with all the modern amenities) and access to the unrestored side of the second floor known to be extremely haunted. The owners even offer Ghost Hunting Equipment rentals to heighten your spooky experience. Guided Ghost Tours are available one Saturday night each month.
