Absolutely rude. It looks like an upscale place, but whoever the manager is with the beard and the hat is definitely not friendly at all. Don't go to the Heights location.

Sadie is a true professional. She is very detailed oriented. Any cut you want, she delivers. I've been to several barbers in the greater Houston area and she blows them all out of the water....
