We live for smoking cigars & CNC machining. We combined our passions to create some bitchin ashtrays. We produce these ashtrays on the latest state of art CNC machines. The ashtrays have a multi-step process starting from a block of aluminum bar stock. The block is machined to its initial shape. The ashtray then undergoes bead blasting and powder coat. Then the ashtray gets set in a pallet fixture for final machining. The final step is lapping and polishing.
