The Bass Camp was founded in 2013 to address the need for quality bass guitar education in Austin, TX.
Specialties
Learn Bass Guitar from life long Bass players, not other musicians who don't specialize in the low end. Electric Bass is a different approach than guitar and needs to be taught by people who have spent their lives dedicated to the instrument. From James Jamerson to Flea to Jaco Pastorious, elecric bassists are a different breed of musician. We are the glue that holds the band together and our curriculum is tailored to the demands of the modern bass player, from day one all the way to jazz improvisation and beyond.
