My grand daughter was almost kidnapped while walking my dog. There is a gang presence, the maintenance man has to like you to repair anything. Management has no clue and issued several tenants...

This community is small, the apartment layout is great, no assigned parking (so you don't have to worry about your friends being towed) and the rent is very reasonable compared to other resort...
