The Texas Panhandle War Memorial, located in Amarillo, TX, is a solemn tribute to the courage and sacrifice of our Veterans and their families. The Memorial hosts the poignant Remembering Our Fallen Traveling Memorial exhibit, honoring over 5,000 service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Global War on Terrorism. Can't say enough about the volunteers here. You can tell they are passionate about this place. They took a good bit of time out of their day to show us around and explain some of the displays....

Must see for veterans and military buffs. Spent 2 hours exploring displays and watching video interviews with Vietnam and WWII vets. Well worth the stop.
