I've been to my fair share of Urgent Care and this is by far the worst. I made an appointment and while I don't expect it to be spot on I do expect it to reduce wait times however I still waited 2...

HORRIBLE customer service. I called in I was on hold for 10 minutes called back they just put you right on hold they don't even give you a chance to speak. Very unprofessional
