HistoryEndurance 4 Life Training and Wellness was established in April of 2017. The company was created by Annette and Shampaigne Graves. Annette, a veteran of the United States Military is Cooper Institute trained and certified in Personal Training and Group Instruction. Her passion comes from working with special client populations such as seniors who need extra care in their training instruction. Shampaigne holds a bachelor degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston. It was there during her undergrad program that she developed a zeal for wellness, psychology, and success training. She is International Coaching Federation certified in Professional Life Coaching. She joy comes from collaborating with clients to explore their deepest desires and construct a well balanced life.
