No one returns calls. It's like everyone that works there is on a constant vacation. Not even the supervisors return calls. Adjuster is rude and acts like you're wasting his time.

My son had was hit by a Texas Farm Bureau customer. They allowed him to have a vehicle until Christmas Eve. His truck is still in the shop so I guess he has to walk several miles to get to work....
