Beware of billing- kept getting charged even though the insurance company said we owed nothing- insurance did a 3 way call with us and them and the excess charge finally got dropped- now 2 months...

I have read about the front desk answering phone calls that they are rude... it's true... they are also quick to transfer phone call to the wrong extension.
