Texas CHL

History

Robert Greene began his career in law enforcement in 1993 with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department in Conroe, Texas. In 1998 he took a position as a patrol officer with the Breckenridge Police Department in Breckenridge, Colorado and worked as a patrol officer and on the bicycle officer unit and was a member of the International Police Mountain Bike Association. Robert relocated back to Austin, Texas in 2000 and took a position as a School Resource Officer with the Austin Independent School District Police Department and remained there until he left law enforcement in 2003 and began his own business ventures. In addition to teaching CHL and firearms related courses, he currently owns the Greene Insurance Agency with Farmers Insurance and offices in South Austin, Texas.
