They were super nice and caring! They were careful and made the visit brighter! Also explained well about how they do the tests for flu/strep throat.

My parents had to take my son to urgent care due to congestion and inflamed tonsils. He gets strep easily. Provider saw him after they waited five hours. FIVE HOURS! I understand they are busy but...
