The Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel School of Pharmacy, established in 2006, is dedicated to addressing the shortage of pharmacists in South Texas. Their fully-accredited pharmacy program prepares a diverse student body to become competent, caring, and ethical Aggie pharmacists through a balanced program of education, research, and service.
With a focus on student success, the school offers a Doctor of Pharmacy program that provides a strong foundation of pharmacy knowledge and skills, preparing graduates to meet the needs of communities across the state, nation, and world. Through cutting-edge pharmaceutical research and a commitment to community health, the school continues to advance the knowledge and technology of pharmacy and pharmacotherapy, honoring their namesake's vision of improving health care access in South Texas.
