Bathhouse dirty! Mold hair dust all over walls and shower curtains. No hand soap to wash hands . It's older place loud lots of homeless walking around no security on site no after hour help. Weeds...

We went there and it smelled like funk and when we finnaly layed down the bunk beds mattress felt rock hard and when. Other than that it was fun and I would partially reccomend it.

I didn't get to see inside office,restrooms or showers with rain. We left early the next day in pretty weather .We saw another Koa very close to this one. There is a Walmart near by.
