Absolutely bad service and this is not even a legitimate flower shop. They just take orders and farm the orders out to real florists. Do not use terry florist if you do not want to get scammed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm not sure they are a real company. I recommend finding a local florist close to your recipient and making sure they are not a scam like Terry's by calling that...
