"T.E.R. Septic: is a local family-owned "Septic, Site & Utility" subcontractor based out of Tomball, Texas I, Thomas Ratliff Jr. (President), have been serving the Texas construction industry for over 30 years. I have followed in my family's footsteps as a business owner and entreprenuer. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service from small residential projects to large multi-million-dollar commercial projects. In my free time, I enjoy jamming out with the guys as the lead guitarist & using my pilot's license to fly around with my wonderful family and friends. I obtained my Class C wastewater license in 1994; thus, I'm an expert on matters in the field of wastewater and septic.
