History
TYWC has roots reaching back to 2013, and to Temple's first yoga studio, Temple Yoga. After TY closed, Temple Yoga Wellness Center was opened in Downtown Temple to provide a space within the community to foster holistic wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
Specialties
TYWC specializes in more traditional styles of yoga, while still offering a variety of classes. We also seek to provide and host unique events that otherwise cannot be found in the area, including yoga workshops for particular demographics or conditions, spiritually-minded events to create peace in our lives, and educational classes focusing on the esoteric teachings of yoga and other ancient holistic systems.
