TDECU places you on hold FOREVER!!! Hire some people to answer the phone! You keep saying "We are working on it". Now I hear, "Hopefully the Fall". There are other financial institutions.

Trust me..... find another bank they're taking double auto payments and can't seem to stop it!! I've paid off the car and they're still taking payments out! Worst banking experience probably ever!!

worst customer service. was a good institution but when they changed the app, I couldn't get to my account. Then you couldn't get through to customer service. The automated system kept hanging up...
