The Maxine app is a joke. It never works right when I call it anyway it's ridiculous. There should be a real person talking to you. Nobody ever picks up. It's a stupid app.

It's been a nightmare! It's not worth it. It's understaffed. There online app is always forever glitching! Today the online banking app kept booting me off and asking for a password that is text...
