CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was on the phone 43 minutes on hold! Unbelievable!!!! How can any business was expect customers to stay on hold that long! Totally inconsiderate.

Literally the sweetest people to work with. This is one of the best TDECU bank I've been to. Even though they're an hour away from me I'm willing to make that drive for the excellent customer service.
