The Tastes of Texas in the Gaylord Texan is not a restaurant nor a bar. It does carry some Texas beer and wine. Also carries ceramics and gourmet candy/snacks.

Worth the wait. The feel is exactly how being in the most Texan hometown restaurant used to be...and probably is some places. The steaks are amazing. They put service back into the experience...
