I bought the pollo al carbon. It was dry and tasteless. The onion could have been cooked longer and the rice was just - meh..

Food is always great as far as the protein, not a fan of the rice and the beans are a hit or miss. I definitely recommend this place.

Why would you be selling if you don't have enough chicken or ribs? We had to wait 1 hour when we were told 30min and I wanted to cancel and they said almost done and I finally had it and went back...
