Tanvir Ahmed, MD

Dr. Islam Abdelrahman Al-Howaidi is a highly experienced Houston interventional cardiologist practicing at our Pearland clinic in Shadow Creek. Dr. Al-Howaidi is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He holds medical licenses in multiple states, including Virginia, Nebraska, Iowa, and Pennsylvania. His extensive training includes internal medicine residencies at Creighton University and Jordan University of Science and Technology. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Al-Howaidi is committed to medical education, serving as a clinical preceptor for several physician assistant programs. He is an active member of numerous professional societies, including the American College of Cardiology, and has contributed to medical research with multiple publications and poster presentations. Dr. Al-Howaidi has been recognized for his leadership and patient care, receiving awards such as the Best Bedside Manners Award for the Greater Richmond area. Dr. Al-Howaidi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice, dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients with a focus on interventional cardiology and comprehensive cardiovascular care.

Dr. Soubhi Altaki is a board-certified nephrologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney-related conditions. He provides expert care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, diabetic renal disease, high blood pressure, polycystic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and more. He also offers kidney transplant evaluation and care. Dr. Altaki practices at both the Shadow Creek Clinic in Pearland, TX, and the Galleria Clinic in Houston, TX. He joined CLS Health in August 2023 and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology.
