Organic great tasting tamales can be found at the New Braunfels Farm to Market every Saturday from these folks. I'm not sure who is behind this company, but they can be seen at all the farmer's...

$42/dozen for some of the WORST tamales I've ever eaten in my life!! I would NOT recommend this place. They told me that I'm paying quality and the fact that the corn masa is organic!
