For the most part I believe that this is a well put together facility. I will say that the m people at the front desk are kind of grumpy/ moody. They don't have any good customer service skills...

This place is in SERIOUS NEED of new or better trained Phlebotomists!! You specifically tell them the vein that works for you, and they insist on digging around in both arms, in the wrong place,...

I have called the 2 numbers listed for the Amarillo TX location about 4-6 times for the past 2 days. I've tried multiple extensions; ext 1 to become a new donor, ext 2 to schedule an appointment...

Great establishment, I just recently started donating so I had no idea what to expect. I don't have horrible veins and I've donated whole blood, however having had bad experiences at the blood...

Great staff! Love the appointment system. They have really streamlined the check in process. They bonus and referral programs are great.
