We couldn't even get service....the manager Shannon was beyond rude!!! We pulled in and asked if they were still open for oil changes she looked and said unfortunately until 8:00 pm, it was 4:45...

If you're looking for a nice quality oil change go see the new manager Ted at Take 5. He's very knowledgeable, attentive, & patient. He took time out to properly educate me on my vehicle...

Extremely slow and expensive. No one seemed to know what they were doing. My friends told me good things about Take 5 in other cities, but this one was terrible.

The manager Shannon was very rude. She tried to upsell me on oil and when I politely declined she became obnoxious. I normally use take 5 but I'll defer to another location from now on.
