Terrible customer service, left my vehicle dirtier then when I drove in. Did not tell me the price of the oil change before they started - this being a very expensive change on a diesel truck....

Bunch of lazy motherfuckers working there took them half an hour to get me in the bay and then had me sitting there for another half hour that one kid is walking around yawning

They ruined my vehicle by over-tightening the oil pan screw. The vehicle now leaks oil continuously. I have since filed a claim against this company for the immense cost of the repair.
