Tacos Mexico, founded by Antonio Moreno in 1975, began as a catering truck serving authentic Mexican tacos made from family recipes and the freshest ingredients. The success of the food truck led to the opening of a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Los Angeles in 1977, which remains operational today.
Over the years, Tacos Mexico has expanded its menu to include a variety of traditional dishes such as tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and burritos, while maintaining a commitment to hand-seasoned meats and made-from-scratch sauces.
