In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we've stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. Fast and quick service. Smiling when I walked in to order. Salsa bar was clean also. So was the beverage station.
