I walked out before ordering because they wanted me to use the kiosk. I went next door to schlotzskys and spent $30 F using those kiosks and F you Taco Bell for trying to force us to use them

At the inside kiosk it took 4 minutes to order (4 soft tacos, burrito and a wrap). Then it took 30+ minutes to receive my order (food). This is NOT fast food. This location has staffing issues...

One of the sorriest TACO BELLS in the nation straight trash there is no way you're supposed to wait 20 minutes for tacos. And there was literally 3 customers in line !! Trash might as well shut it...

Slowest service ever. Waited at least 15 minutes bc we had to order on a confusing kiosk and wait while only 2 people worked the entire restaurant. Not the humans fault. AI at its worst.
