The customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I stood waiting for service. After a while, someone came from outside to direct me to the kiosk. Which I didn't want to use because I need a receipt....

I took one bite out of my burrito and discovered a hair. Which isn't the end of the world, but I brought it back for a refund. The cashier and workers were sweet, but the manager was unpleasant....
