I love Taco Bell but the last time I went was around 9/10pm and the employee working the drive thru was so rude and treated me like I was dumb. Food has always been good but service is hit or miss.

It took 20 minutes to get these old chicken nuggets. No guest in the dining area. Only me. Employees just kept working on the drive thru orders! Just ridiculous!!!
