Went to the drive through and waited 10 minutes for them to be ready to take my order, only for them to tell me they "are only doing mobile orders". This place sucks I've tried it several times...

Agreeing with Nick L 100% service is insane and I worked at Taco Bell back when employees cared about orders and people. No wonder chick fil a is always packed even with after the announcement...
