Haven't had Taco Bell in years. Decided to give it a chance since they had the new chicken menu but my wife had a whole bug in her bowl.

This is the THIRD time I've eaten at this location and found hair in my nachos. The first time I had hair in my food, there was a bug in my son's. Just don't eat here.

Like other reviewers pointed out the Service is worst. Staff forgets to add sauces regularly and will close restaurant lobby early just because they cleaned floor and don't want anyone coming...
