This is the worse Internet service ever!! I received a email my bill was due no additional notice we was watching a movie and it just cut off!!! They charged me an additional 20 bucks to turn back...

lies, lies, lies. Don't go to this location. Tried to switch to them and have spent over 34 hours in the past 4 days trying to get their screw ups fixed... still haven't. sales won't return calls,...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They were the worst. They think people have all day to sit and wait. When they can't figure out a problem, it's the customer fault.

The BEST customer service on the planet! Went to other stores and nobody could fix my issue. Came to this store and they knew what was going on and took care of me! They also told me i qualified...
