I signed up for internet and someone else's info was set as primary contact info which I have no knowledge of who it was. They added fees and refused to remove them saying it wasn't their mistake....

Didn't want to sell a phone to me because I wasn't "buying a case and screen protection" I understand they get commissions on that but refusing a sale is so pathetic.
