Predatory contracts and sleazy business dealings. I will NEVER work with T mobile again. They'll upsell you on a bunch of junk you don't need then loop you into 2 year contract on the junk.

David is the guy. He was very helpful and it is obvious he knows his stuff. Also they had enough staff working and there was no wait.
