History
I started SwimNique because I wanted to make sure young age group swimmers were receiving the correct stroke technique. I worked for 17 years in several year round club swim teams and i had a negative experience in all of them. I have a deep passion for stroke technique and I often saw coaches not teaching the proper mechanics. I had a vision where I could teach swimmers and help each age group or senior swimmer improve their stroke technique so they train effective and less injury prone.I also discovered that swimmers needed more guidance towards there swimming goals, but didnt know how to build a daily swim routine.
Specialties
SwimNique specializes in private lessons in competitive swimming and stroke analysis. SwimNique also has a new learn to swim program. We strongly emphasize a swim curriculum that motivates each swimmer to build swimming skills. We also teach water safety lessons to each swimmer so they will know how to be safe around pools, lakes, and or any large body of water.
