History

I became a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker in 1975. In 1984 I was the Broker/Owner for Austin Re/Max North. Which we purchased just as the Texas Savings and Loan crisis began to unfold. We recovered from that but Texas experienced several other real estate busts the last and most severe one was in 2007-2008 during that time almost all of my listings were shorts sales. We couldn't give those properties away. But things turned around on a dime starting in 2011. Now Texas is the fastest growing city in the country and it's been boom-town ever since, I've learned a lot about this Austin market during these ups and downs.
