Susie's opened her first Lumpia House in Corpus Christi, Tx 1987. Two years later, our family was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She fed our Military personnel and contractors on base for 10 years while they served our country. She then retired and settled down here San Antonio, TX until re-opening for business in 2016.
