Although Sushibachi is our very first concept, our combined experience in restaurant business is more than 35 years. As a Realtor, I've sold many homes in Paloma, Union Park, Savanah, and all accross hwy 380. I realized that we needed a Japanse restaurant. But not just any Japanese restaurant. Our vision is to bring high quality meats, pultry, and fish but cut out the overhead so that we can control the cost and provide the same taste experience. Hibachi exexpereince is great but sometimes you don't have the time for the show.. Sushi+Hibachi = SushiBachi.

I've never been so unsatisfied with fried rice. It was the saddest excuse for it, and i would never spend money here again. Save your money. Go to a different one.

The salmon was brown. The sushi does not taste fresh at all. Don't let the cheap prices for you. I guess you get what you pay for.
