Supreme Physical Therapy and Wellness Rehabilitation Center is a Houston-based mobile physical therapy agency dedicated to providing quality services that improve pain and restore physical function to those impaired by disease, injury, and/or disability. We are a black-owned and women-owned business serving the greater Houston, TX and New Haven, CT areas. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy specialize in sports performance, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric physical therapy treatments with the goal of improving our patient's quality of life. We offer sport-specific injury prevention programs from adolescent to pro athletes to retrain muscles for game-like movements. Our specialized LSVT Program for patients with Parkinson's Disease has reduced the risk of falls. Other services include pain management, manual therapy, and post-operative care.
