I've used STR for my ribbon racks for years and never had anything but good service but now they appear to be uncooperative in resolving an issue I had with my order. I paid for some updates...
I filed a claim on BBB and finally got a refund. If you're in a similar situation and want to get your money back, I'd definitely recommend filing a claim!
