WiFi not secured and windows 11 would not connect, shower faucet unmarked and unusual making it nearly impossible to control water temp. Air conditioning could not cool room below about 85 degrees

Trashy location, got a room only to find out it was already occupied (how does that even happen) and the replacement room was filthy, with feces in the toilet and the smell of smoke in the air

The room was nicer than expected for this quality of hotel. Very clean. Welcoming front desk staff. Was in mobility accessible room. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows too large and unwieldy....
