I obtained my massage certification from the Healing Arts Institute, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. I learned the Body Insight Technique (TM). I practiced there until I moved to Texas. I obtained my Texas license in 2008.

While I offer relaxation massage, my practice is focused on pain management, sports injuries, and overall wellness. I use a technique called Body Insight (TM) throughout all my massage offerings.
